SECURITY GUARDS
We strongly believe that our guards are the backbone of our organisation and therefore their performance and personality reflects upon our standards. To ensure that the guards match up to the high standard in Professional Conduct with Honesty and Loyalty, all our guards have to undergo a selection process where they are screened for the qualities of intelligence, interest, courtesy, integrity and motivation. The one who can operate under stressful situation and communicate well are been selected for further process
ROTATION OF GUARDS
To reduce the possibility of complacency and avoid over familiarization the guards are rotated on regular basis.
TRAINING FACILITY
Target Secure Facility being the front runners in today’s demanding Security Industry and takes great pride in the training and development under taken by all its personnel. Course content includes Firefighting & first aid, Proper use of PPE, Basic etiquette. How to behave in stressful and emergency situation, Register entry, Record keeping, Person checking. Luggage Checking Vehicle Checking, Basic Snake Calls, Health and Safety Training First Aid Awareness Fire Awareness, Staff Development, and Security Training. The Company also offer the opportunity of firearm and dog handling training for its entire staff
SUPERVISION
Target Secure Facility takes pride in having a Sophisticated Internal Monitoring System. We have dedicated force of Field Supervisors, Marshals and Rounders who carry out checking of all posts round the clock a week, including night checkings Supervisors and Rounders render a regular report on the performance of each post.
RECRUITMENT
Adapting the special needs of our clients and individualzing our services in our company policy hence guards are recruited for each post, keeping in the mind the personality and profile desired by the client.
SURPRISE INSPECTION
To ensure high degree of alertriess, a system of surprise check by vigilance rounds has been instituted Target Secure Facility internal Audit team that ensures prompt action for smooth functioning and checks all posts at least thrice a week
